In 1997, a new welding technology company was founded
1997 is the year Welding 2000 Kft. was founded. In the beginning, our company in Debrecen dealt exclusively with the trade of welding machines and welding materials, which it developed until it became the largest Hungarian reseller and brand service of ESAB, one of the world's largest and certainly the most well-known welding technology manufacturers.
2002 technical gas exchange plant opened
In 2002, together with SIAD Hungary Kft., we started the distribution of technical gases /welding and laboratory gases/.
Constantly adapting to market needs, we expanded our product range, which required the creation of a new and modern website. We are available to our customers with increased warehouse, stock and machine services.
We also undertake the assembly and installation of automatic orbital welding, flame and plasma cutting machines. With the help of our employees, many indoor vending machines have already been installed. We also undertake the design and production of electronic panels upon individual request.
2012 high-quality service activity
In 2012, we launched our exceptionally high-quality service activities at the national level. In addition to the warranty maintenance and repair of ESAB machines, our trained and reliable colleagues deal with other manufacturers' products (from traditional transformer machines to the most modern inverter equipment).
In 2014, Welding 2000 Kft established its new division, retail and wholesale of stainless steel materials.
The year 2017 also brought changes! We have moved to our new building, where our service activities have gained even more space, and we are waiting for our patrons and interested parties with a larger stock. We have started preparations for our website and online store in order to fully meet the expectations of our time.
In 2020, we will continue to adapt to market needs and continuously expand our product range, in which a modern site, new warehouse technology systems, small and heavy-duty industrial shelving systems will help us in our work. We are available to our customers with an increased warehouse and inventory.
